Mark B. Reagan was born in Knoxville, Tennessee in 1966. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Knoxville in 1990, he went on to complete his Juris Doctor in 1995 at Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan. During the same year, Mr. Reagan was admitted to the Tennessee Bar. Mr. Reagan is also admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 2004 and the Georgia Bar in 2007.
Mr. Reagan is authorized to practice in the Federal Middle District Court of Tennessee, the Tennessee Supreme Court, as well as the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Reagan is a member of the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Georgia Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, and the Nashville Bar Association. His main areas of practice are corporate and commercial law, civil litigation, collections, creditors’ rights, personal injury, and probate. Mr. Reagan is also a frequent lecturer at continuing legal education programs on collection law and creditors’ rights.
